The removable knee pads can be removed at the base of the pant from the bottom Velcro closure. The knee pads allow you to hunt in comfort by adding a layer of padding for crawling over rocks, kneeling to shoot or glass, and ultimately help you perform at the highest level to get closer for the shot.
